Ok, first I'm an idiot and I know it, so let's get that out of the way. I used a company credit card for cash advances and gas charges to a total of approx. $43,000.00. It's my first offense, I'm 35 and never been accused of anything, it was in 2 counties I met with the police and have cooperated, I'm waiting on them to meet with prosecutors. I know I need to find an attorney, but I'm trying to come up with some money first. Do you know what kind of charges this will be, and since it is my first offense do you know what typically happens? I understand this is just an "opinion" not real advice, just looking for an idea. Thank you! Very Scared~
