I am six months pregnant and my husband of 1 month and father of my baby kicked me out and changed the locks. He won't help me out one bit on gas or anything to get to the doctor. He is an alcoholic. He called me last week and said how much he missed me and now he won't open the door or answer the phone if I call. I have no money and can't get a job. He is playing with me. Is there any legal obligations he has as far as helping me. CAn I get a legal seperation. He threatened to sue for custody if I tried to leave town. Although there really isn't anything for me here. It's a very small town. Although, I agreed to stay here. But, he won't help me. I'm not leaving town because my daughter is starting school here this year and I don't want to move her again. But, is there any way I can get him to legally help me. I'm scared.
