I have a 5 year old son. The biological father lives in the same town as us and has never seen him. He has payed child support for the last 2 years on and off, but still won't pay medical even though he is court ordered to do so. I would gladly give up his chid support so that the man that has raised him can adopt him. Do I have a case as far as getting his parental rights terminated?

I have the same problem, but mine is a little different. After 16 years of not even wanting to know about his son, my son's father called out of the blue. My son receives child support weekly but has never met his father. I would like to know the answer to this question as well.

Consult a legal expert instead. It would prove to be of great help.
