This is a weird scenario but I am in desperate need of advice on this. My son is in the process od adopting a darling 2 and a half yr old little boy whom he believed was his biological son. My son was with the mother through the pregnancy and delivery ( not married), and a DNA test revealed soon after the birth that my son was not the biological father. He stepped up to plate and has helped raise the child since birth. The mother and my son have recently parted ways, and the mother is now pregnant again with someone else child and I believe she is married. ( she lies alot and is not saying for sure). The adoption is almost finalized and we are wondering how the marriage will effect the adoption. The adoption will be joint custody.
