My ex-boyfriend moved out over 1 1/2 years ago and left some of his stuff in my garage.
About 2 1/2 months ago, I needed the space to put other things in there, and I notified him
that I had put his things out on my driveway and that he should come and get them. It has
been over 2 1/2 months now and several requests later and his stuff is still in my driveway.
Can I legally get rid of it or give it away since he hasn't come for it?
