Long story short,
I was with my ex for two years, and a child was conceived. I advised him of this and he tried to force me into an abortion. I refused to and deceided to keep my son. He is now almost a year and a half.
He had extremely minimal contact with me and went to the extent of locking himself in his bedroom (lives with mother and siblings) for two months refused to work (quit his job) and refused to do anything but eat the food his mother cooked for him.
I then decided to move on with my life and met my now husband who has taken care of my son since he was two months old. I felt that the ex should have been paying for his son and pursued child support. He sent me several emails telling me that if I didnt take him back into a relationship that he would give me a long lenghty court battle (which he has been doing for a year)
My job relocated me out of illinois and he went to the extent of drafting a contract stating he had no issue with me moving out of state and thought it was in the best interest of my son. We go to court and he changes his mind yet once again.
Legally ..... what rights is he entitled to? he is making insane demands ...
