When I was sixteen, I got caught shoplifting. At the time I was afraid that my parents will be called so I used my cousin's name. At that time she was eighteen years old so now it is sort of on her record. I said sort of because when I was arrested I used her American name which is not legally on record. The birthday and everything is correct except for the first name.
Also, I was fingerprinted so I will be excluded from certain employment opportunities. Since I was sixteen at the time, is there something I can do to fix this? I want to be able to clarify this so my cousin won't be affected and so that I can move on from my silly mistake.
