paternity testing

I recently discovered that last year my boyfriend and his mother had my daughter paternity tested without my knowledge. I had nothing to hide and had offered him the test numerous times just so he wouldn't have doubts. At the time of her birth my divorce was not finalized yet so my boyfriend was not on it, my ex husband was. So I guess my question is... Is it legal for them to get a paternity test on her without my consent?? don't you need a legal gaurdians consent for a test?? And isn't that a violation of my privacy?? Is there anything at all I can do about it??
