I have 2 children 15 and 12. I have shared custody. Neither one of us had to pay child support.9 months ago my children said they no longer wanted to go to their mothers house. their mother lives 5 miles away. their mother has not seen them in 9 monthes or paid for anything. I am planning on taking my exwife to court for full custody and child support. Would the court make her pay child support for the last 9 months that they lived with me only or would it start when I went back to court. THANK YOU
