Sorry, but there seems to be no forum for this on the sight. My wife and I recently had a second wedding. We went to several prominent hotel chains to hold rooms for the guests coming into town. All of the hotels did so with the understanding that if the rooms remaind open after the week prior to the wedding, they would go back into a vancant status. One of the hotels later charged 15 rooms to my wife's credit card with no disclosure of policy, no signed reservation and no authorization for the transaction except that they had her card number. After being tossed back and forth between corporate headquarters and the local branch, we are now falling into a run around game and interest keeps piling up!! If this goes to court what are the odds of winning?
