I have a 9 year old daughter that i haven't got to spent time with since shortly after my divorce in 2002.I have visitation rights 2 days a week but she doesn't wanna come with me.I don't force her to come because of my living situation and not havin a license.I pay support but am behind $8000..I am soo sick of struggling and waiting for the day things will be right.I am thinking of giving up all of my rights of my daughter and just moving on with my life.I feel as if my life has been on hold for the last four years..What should i do or what would it take forme to give up my rights.
