Hello - I just joined this forum but I see there are no replies in any of the threads!?! :confused:
I will post my question in the hopes of a Private Message if inquires are not replied to on the forum.
How much compensation is a Sprained Ankle worth? Can I claim an amount for pain and suffering? The city's sidewalk was broken and pieces missing when I fell last week. I called the city to notify them of the sidewalks condition. They mailed me a claim form to fill out and they will submit it to their insurance. Otherwise, out of pocket I spent was only $36 with Dr. visit co-pay and ankle brace.
