My husband has been treated as outpatient detox using the precription drug librium. Last week he had a car accident due to its affects. He had a blackout and left the scene. He was pulled over about 10 miles later and is now in inpatient detox. He had a blood alcohol level of .02, was charged with driving while impaired,open container, no license and leaving the scene of the accident. What will happen to him? I am a minister and do not bring home more than $1500 per month, have no savings and live basically to pay our bills.
