A person is on probation for domestic assault and he failed to pay his probation officer for 2 weeks. He found out there was a warrant for his arrest when he was denied a job. He turned hiself into his probation officer and she advised him that he had to serve 7 days in county jail. My question is whether he would have to see a judge before being released and can the amount of time he has to serve be changed while in jail as long as he does not misbehave?
