19 year old was found drinking at a party where the parents were providing the alcohol and permitting the kids to drink. the 19 year old admitted to the cop that he had been drinking. (Hard to deny,evidence was everywhere.) The citation has arrived in the mail. I assume he pleads guilty and goes before the magistrate for a hearing. What more can/will happen? Do the parents that permitted this and provided the alcohol bear any of the responsibility? (There was no driving involved. Police came to the house because of the noise, and then saw the beer.)
