I am from Virginia. I am court ordered to pay my ex 268 a month directly in which I am not behind. I am also ordered to pay 57% of child care costs. I am not behind and I pay this myself and its not taken out of my check by my employer. My question is just because she wants to be difficult can she have this changed to where it is taken out automatically even if I haven't done anything wrong?
