i have recently transfered from arizona to florida for work and i am seeking to file for divorce .i know of the six month probationary period on the filing of divorce in the state of florida and have no problem waiting .however i would like to remove myself from the home and would like to know how i can do so with my son and keep my wife from taking him back to arizona to file there for divorce and custody
