;) do i have to file an interstate placement form when filing the petition, if the child for adoption lives in the same state as filing the petition for adoption. i am the biological mother of said child and my husband is the petitioner. said child to be adopted has always been in my custody. my husband and i have been married for 6yrs and been together for 7 1/2yrs. could anybody please help asap.
