My 15 yr old brother was hit and killed by a driver 36 yrs ago. My parents were devastated at the time and sought no legal recourse. They are both deceased now and I would like some closure to this. Is there a statute of limitations on wrongful death suits in Missouri? My brother was not wearing, nor at the time was required to wear a helmet by law. The driver also fled the scene but returned with a family member when the state patrol got there. Please advise. Thank you....
