My daughter recorded music with her boyfriend. They intended on releasing album. Boyfriend died. Friends agreed to help her release album in memory of him. She paid initial sum to get project started. Friends finished project without her and are now releasing album with no mention of her at all. This has caused great emotional distress for her. It was a joint venture between her & her boyfriend and these friends took that away from her. It is not their music. Want to know what course of action can be taken. Its not about recovering the money she paid.
