The company I am working for is getting rid of salary employees, managers and non-managers who do not have a college degree. These are long term employees including a few that have been here 15 and 16 years. The goal according to the new Director of Operations is for everyone who works here to have a college degree. A degree was not in the job description when these people were hired on several years ago. There are two people left in a salary position who do not have a degree. Is this legal?
