My mortgage company is run more like a loan shark :cool: than a business. From time to time I am late :eek: by 10-15 days on my mortgage payment. I inform the mortgage company I will be sending the payment for themonth late and they post that to my account. Bt, I will receive phone call after phone call from the mortgage company informing me they are upset :mad: and attempt to collect the payment sooner than I can make it, such as, saying, "It is in your best interest to make the payment today". Can I sue my mortgage company for harassment? :D
