Im just throwing this out there and i will keep it as simple as possible with only the major details...............

My daughter's grandmother has sole legal and physical custody of my 12 year old daughter, which was given to her when she was a baby. The mother and myself thought it would be best at that time. I have been paying child support since court ordered in 2001, with all full medical, dental, vision, etc at her disposal. However, in the last 3 years my daughter has been living from aunt house, to aunt house, not having any stable residence. There is no court ordered visitation in place and throughout the years my visitation has been limited based on if the grandmother wanted something tangible and me getting it or not.

My daughter has been living with her aunt's for two years in the county and the grandmother lives in the city. The child support still goes to the mother or grandmother. I have been gainfully employed for 8 going on 9 years. I am married and have a 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter . my daughter has a room in my residence.
Point blank, that grandmother is physically unable to care for my daughter, the mother has three other children not living with her, and the grandmother, my daughter mother and her husband, oh yeah, the ex-con cousin who stays in the basement all live inside this 2 bedroom house. clearly there is no room for my daughter who is living with an aunt.

I really cant afford a lawyer, however I think the cards are stacked in my favor with the amount of positive evidence that can support my situation as being what is better for the child.

Can somebody give me some advice, or e-mail me directly(shieldsnet@hotmail.com) if you have any comments, questions about my particular situation........ Thank you, Fighting Father
