My son who is 20 yrs. old, was sleeping on a couch at a freinds house, was startled in the middle of the night he felt someone touching him in his private area. He opened his eyes to see his friend father standing over him
naked, with his hand in my son's pants. Now, earlier in the evening the kids were playing beer pong, (Kids ranging from 15-20 yrs old) while the father was in the house, he supplied the beer. The father also is on all kinds of medicaton and from what I understand he over medicates. When confronted about what he did, he said does not remember. Said his meds makes him "out of it".
My son went to the police in the area, and he was told that it sounds like they were all partying and there was nothing they can do about it.
The son, of the dirt bag, believes my son, and that makes me think that this may have happend before.
If anything the police should investigate the fact that he is letting underage kids drink and god knows what else, and that he is giving it to them.
I would like to know if the police are right, and what step I can take now.
