If a person is charged with several felony counts and the case is going to court, can the defendents attorney request a separate trial for each felony count?

Please can you give me some advice. i am looking at getting a hyundai santa fe or a toyota rav 4. i dont know which to go for, both about same price. i drove the captiva cause i loved the look but its crap. cant afford the CRV sports. i am also thinking about looking at a mitsubishi outlander but am unsure on the look. we have young two kids, one who is tall so well need to keep in mind the legroom. we tow a 4.5 dingy on trips away so need some power. i would like the option to go on the beach if the need arises when on holidays. otherwise i am around town dropping kids to school, going to work etc. i think i like the look of the santa fe best and its a great size but am loking at the rav 4 tomorrow as yet to see inside one or drive one. not sure about that tyre on the box and it seems more boxy. my husband cant really give much advice as he cant see past the landcruiser -which is too big and expensive anyway. any advice would be great. cheers
