My home was recently sold due to non-pmt of taxes by the mortgage company since 2001. The case has been resolved but I had to hire my own attorney. The loan was sold immediately upon settling the case. Can I sue the Mortgage Co for not paying my taxes out of escrow and taking me through this ordeal. I had complained previously and they said they would take care of this matter but evidently did not
