My ex-husband is currently in jail awaiting trial for capital murder of a police officer in addition to identity theft and a few other charges. My current husband wants to adopt my son and take away my ex's rights and so do i and my son. He considers him his father as I do also. What will it consist of to get this done as far as time and money?
