I have been paying $109 per week out of my paycheck for medical insurance. I just recieved a letter from Humana ins that my policy was cancelled effective 06/31/07....however, my employer has deducted my $109 every week since 07/01/07. So I have paid $1000 for insurance since 07/01/07 but was not covered. after asking my employer about it his response was; If you or your family had to go to the Dr. then I would have paid the bills out of my pocket, a few days later I was terminated from my employment. Can he deduct from my paycheck after the policy was cancelled or does he owe me that money. FYI, the policy was cancelled because he paid Humana with several bad checks
