My Husband's will was made 3 yrs. before we married. Everything he has is left to his 3 grown children. He has not updated his will to this date. He tells me I have a lifetime right should anything happen to him and I will receive half of everything. I believe unless it is specifically stated in the will, this is not true. He has named 1 of his sons as administrator & executor to carry out didvisions of ALL his assets, land, property, bank accounts, etc. My question is: If anything should happen to him before me, exactly what will I be entitled to?

As far as I am aware, you would have no legal right to any of the estate if he has not updated his will. When he dies, if there is no mention of a new wife, unfortunately I think you would struggle to claim any of the estate. This would be made even more difficult if the executor - in this case his son - decides he doesn't want to dispute the will.
To guarantee that the estate will be split with you as well as his children, he will have to put your name in the will aswell.
If you have any further questions you should really contact a legal advisor specialising in wills.
