I recently changed my car insurance and found out that I have 2 points on my license. I had been in a car accident a year ago and I was told it was considered nobodys fault no tickets were issued. Now I find out in the police report it is stated that it is my fault. I was never notified or told about the points or received a copy of the police report. Is there anything I can do to get the points off?
