My son was involved in a fight at school in which a teacher grabed him from behind he did not know who had ahold of him and and in the process of trying to get away was swing his arm. he was arrested for aggravated assult on a teacher. mind you he did not swing at the teacher to hit him. he has been detained in a detention center, because the judge said he put everyones lives in dangerthat was at the school at the time. the judge has a son that is a teacher at the school . would this be considered a conflict of intrest?
