Post-nuptial?

Has anyone ever heard or done a post-nup? When I got married I didn't have anything worth fighting for. Now, things are different and I wish I had something to protect me. I sure wish I'd have done a pre-nup in the 1st place!

Just wanted to say hi to all here. This is my 1st post here.

It absolutely looks like the owners of the forum sure are doing a wonderful job.

I would advice you to contact a lawyer if this is something you are seriosuly considering. There may be an option to put a pre-nuptial agreement in place at this later date as you now have more assests although you would need to check this with a lawyer as if they were accrued in during the course of the marriage they may be seen as joint assests and therefore not yours to protect in a pre-nup.

In my opinion you should get some expert legal advice from a lawyer in this case.
