i was hired 11/2006 and i left for maternity leave in April. When I can back my temp replacement was still kept. In Sep I was called to the office and I was told the company was over staffed and was let go. They wanted me to sign a waiver but i refused. I later found out the tempt took my spot. For what ever reason they told her I was let go she disagreed and quit herself. I feel I was discrimanated by race. When you look at where I worked the ethnic ratio is 1 to 100 and I can see this me being one was a problem
