I was in a car accident hit from behind in a drive through fast food chain the car hit me hard enough to the point to where the car was stuck under my bumper, a few days later I went to the doctor for pain in my lower back and found out I have back spasm, as time past the other insurance company paid to have my bumper replaced 800.00 they paid my medical bills 1.0350.00 and now they want to settle with me for pain and suffering 500.00 I do not agree with that amount and I told them no. I will not settle for that amount. do I have a case against them for more. If yes how much can I sue them for.
