Not paid by Best Buy..

I have worked at Best Buy in the state of NY for the dates of 8/2/07 to 9/6/07 and because i was not paid i had to leave after asking to be paid several time while still employed. Now i have been dealing with corporate and they have been giving me the run around for the most part. Its been about 2 weeks i have been dealing with corporate, everyone seems to be giving me a different story extremely unprofessional errors made left and right. I have asked them for 2 separate checks (2 pay periods) because that what i would have received if the errors were never made on their part I also did not wanting to be killed on taxed. Long story short I am at witts end and its almost going on for 2 months and dont know where else to go in total its probably $1400 dollars tops, just a figure I am sure its less. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.
