What is the definetion, of,,,"possession of stolen property" ????
in the state of Kansas. what are the requirments to be found guilty?
I have an employee who bought a laptop computer that was later found to be stolen,,,,from the same place she worked. (she was a security officer at a community college) the police have out right harrassed her, lost her job at the college, lost my account at the college. and now tell her they are going to press charges and she cannot leave the city,,,even thou i have her another job in another city. are telling her not to get a lawyer or they will stop talking and just arrest her.
