I had a similar problem. I was not married to my son's mother. I was able to see my kid, that was until she up and moved to Florida. I went to many attorneys, and all of them told me it would cost to much as she was living out of state and could drag the case out in court for years. You may want to go to an attorney to seek advice. Most of them will give you a first initial consultation for free. I missed out on 5 years of my son's life, because I hadn't set up legal visitation with him in court before she moved. I just assumed that I would get to see him as I was for his growing years. Don't you make that mistake. Get legal visitaion set with your kids in a court of law.
