Is a modification of child support in Indiana considered as a "trial hearing".
I ask this because my childrens mother has recently started working full time which over allows for the 20 % rule in Indiana for Modification to be accepted. The only problem is she wont inform me of where she works or how much she makes which makes it difficult to submit a CSOW to say the least. I think I can request to provide documentation here but dont know if I ned to include that it is "pursuant to Indiana Trial rules 34-35" when submitting my request or if the Jude will ask her to provide that information at court. Any help would be greatly appriciated here on what to do with a stubborn custodial that wont give out information and getting a child support order Modified in Indiana.
