I have been accused of breaking confidentiality at my workplace. I was written up before I was even spoken to and told not to talk with anyone about the situation. This accusation was made by a parent ( I'm a preschool teacher) whom I had to call D.S.S. on for child neglect. They are retaliating against me by telling my boss that I spoke to a friend of mine who is an in-law of theirs about the situation. My boss told me before I even got the chance to deny the accusations that she doesn't trust me (which she has no legitamate reason for) and would not believe what I say. I fear that I may lose my job. What are my rights? My boss has a grudge against me because of previous situations not relating to this incident. What are my rights?:mad:
