I've just learned after someone googled my name; My records from my appeal of Workmans Comp.case is posted on the internet from The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Court. This includes sensitive psychiatric records from my sexual harassment case of a large corporation. I had no knowledge of this? Is this legal? How can I have it romoved from the internet? This, I thought, was private medical records! HELP>>>>>>>>>>
