Hi friend, in my family we have had a long history of arthritis. So I was wondering do I also get this disease when I will become old. Isn’t there any way I can take precautions from now? Can I do something like diet, or exercise to prevent this disease? And is there a complete and lasting cure, without any drugs. Plz give me some appropriate answer of my questions, I am quite scared on this issue.
