My husbands ex-wife has caused extreme emotional problems with my husband and his son. He is behind on child support due to a severe accident that put him out of work for over a year. She has gotten a lawyer in the time he had to leave work again to have surgery on his leg. She has sent the cops to his bosses house accusing his boss he is hiding him out. She has gone to such extreme with stories and lies. She has changed his address without his permission and signed the documents. as he travels in his job and sometimes stays in places for 6 months or more. He is currently working now and is paying child support. He now has a capeous warrent out and we cannot afford a lawyer. She has blocked our number numerous times and changed hers so he cannot contact his son. What do you do. He is ready to give up custody as any contact with his son causes his son such distress. Is there any legal help we can get?
