Hello,
My son (just turned 13), has been asked by local police to to give a statement regarding an incident which occured at his school. This incident involved an alleged sexual encounter between two students (not my son). My son and others were on the school grounds at the time of the incident, but were not involved, although they witnessed the incident, which they say was consentual by both minors involved. I want to protect him, since the accuser initially indicated that the incident involved everyone who was there. She has since withdrawn these allegations, but I am worried because this incident has gone as far as police involvement.
What can I do to protect my son? Thanks for any help.
