I am married, had an affair and became pregnant. My husband and I are back together and are going to raise this child to be as our own. My husbands name will be on the birth certificate. The man that I had the affair with is not fit and my husband nor I want him to have anything to do with this child to be. What can he do to have rights or what can my husband and I do to keep him out of this childs life? Just to give you and idea of this other man, the day I left he had kicked me in the stomach (knowing I was pregnant) and is an on and off again meth/drug user. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
