Selling shared assets

I am a common owner of a home with my aunt. She owns 75% and I own 25%. How is it possible for me to force a sale of this property or get my 25% out of this property?

You will usually need the assitance of a legal advisor. I am not an expert in this field but as far as I aware there are ways to get your share of the house out without selling the property.

Is there no way you could try to work it our with your Aunt as it is a much easier and less stressful to work it out together.
