I was in a minor fender bender yesterday and no police report or citations were giving. I was hit from behind and bumper was cracked. The problem is, I am not on my mother-n-law's insurance and I also have neck and back pains(mostly near spine region). I also do not have medical insurance. I am afraid if I pursue the person who hit me insurance company, that they will not pay for my medical bills. So, I don't know what to do and I am in alot of pain. What should or can I do.
