Okay, heres the story line. About 2 years ago I messed up and stole my mothers identity. I know I screwed up. What happened was, she pressed charges and I was arrested. I bailed out and had a talk with her. Made an agreement with the credit card companies and am paying the cards. She then dropped the charges and the DA(state) also dropped the charges. It is now 6 months later and she is having family issues with my brother. He has no where to go since she lives with him, so he comes over to my house to get away from her. My mother does not like him doing this and says that he is conspiring to get me to hate her. So she is threatening to press the same charges on me again for no reason even though I am still paying the credit card bills on time. Can she really do this?
