I went through a custody battle with my son's father a year ago and ended up getting joint custody with his father being the primary residential parent. I haven't seen my son in a year, his father wont let me exercise my visitation. I really dont have the money for a lawyer, but I have been saving. The reason he ended up getting primary is because at the time I was living with my dad who is a convicted felon. Ihave since moved to another city. I want to know if it will be hard to get my son back. I can email, the final judgement if needed. Please Help.:(
