Boyfriend Refuses To Leave My Home

I told my boyfriend that he needs to move out of my home which I solely own. In fact, I packed a suitcase for him and said to coordinate about making arrangements to get the remainder of things. However, he refused to leave and said that he has rights. Is this true?

yes he has to be given a 30 day notice to evict him, just like as if he was a tenent.

It's true. I went through the same thing. You have to actually evict him and give him a 30 day notice just like a landlord. It sucks but it's what u have to do. Good luck
